Shipping & Returns Policy.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Goods sold on our website are shipped by courier - and the services of the South African Postal Services.
1.2 Delivery usually takes between 1-3 days, unless otherwise stated on our website or agreed upon between the client and management.
1.3 The following goods may only be shipped with a courier service: All electrical and computerized equipment such as lcd's , tv's, computers, notebooks and cellular phones.
2.1 The warranty of the merchandise sold on our website resides with either the supplier or the manufacturer of such product/s and not us, as the reseller of such goods.
2.2. The warranty will be void if the serial number or label is missing, damaged or have been tampered with.
2.3. The warranty will be void if the product is damaged.
3.1. A full credit may be issued if returns for merchandise sold on our website, takes place within 7 days of the invoice date, subject to the following conditions:
3.1 (a) Provided that such goods are in a resalable condition, including all the manuals, software & packaging.
3.1 (b) A handling fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply for goods correctly supplied.
3.2. If the return of goods, takes place after 7 days from the date of invoice (maximum 30 days), then the credit passed will be the lesser amount of 70% of the current selling price, or 70% of the original purchase price, whichever is lower, provided the goods are in resalable condition, including all manuals, software and packaging.
3.3. The acceptance of such return\s is\are at the suppliers discretion and not us, as the reseller of such merchandise.
3.4. Software and retail packaged peripherals will not be credited if opened!
3.5. A 30% handling fee will be issued for goods not being returned with their "original" packaging, software and/or manuals.
3.6 .The acceptance of such return\s is solely at the supplier /distributor discretion.
4.1 In order to initiate a refund for our clients, a signed instruction is needed.
4.2 This can either be fax to 086 609 0958 or e-mail to us.
4.3 Should a client request a refund for an item, that is in stock and cancels the order afterwards, then a handling fee of 15% will apply.
4.4 Refunds are usually effected between 5-7 business days.
