1) Does TechMall stock merchandise on their premises?

1.1 No, we don't stock any merchandise on our premises.
1.2 We operate on the principal of drop-shipping i.e. as our customers place their order with us; we likewise place the order with our supplier and ship the goods directly from them to our customers.

2). What payment methods are accepted when purchasing goods from TechMall.biz?

We accept cash payments, EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer), Bank Wire and Credit Cards.

3). Is credit card processing safe on techmall.biz?

3.1 TechMall.biz does not process any credit card transactions on our website, at least not directly.
3.2 When making payment via credit card on our website, our customers will be directed to a secure website of one of the payment gateways being used by us, eg. monsterpay.com or payfast.co.za.
3.3 These payment gateways process our customer's credit card transactions on their secure server, and once done, re-direct them back to our website.

4). Why is TechMall offering a 5% discount on sales being paid for by EFT( Electronic Fund Transfer)?

4.1 At TechMall we firmly believes that "Cash is King" and therefore reward our customers accordingly, by offering them a lower rate.
4.2 Bank clearance also occurs much faster than that of a credit card payment and consequently orders are being processed quicker, than that paid for by a credit card.
4.3 We therefore encourage our customers to pay via EFT.

5). What's the ETA on ordering goods from TechMall?

We ship goods 3-5 business days, once payment clearance has been effected.

Please note:

5.1 that public holidays or weekends are not being taken into account.
5.2 the ETA is dependent on the availability of the goods from our suppliers.
5.3. the ETA might be longer for customers paying with a credit card.
5.4 Should our customers require an item urgently, they may pre-arranged such a request with us.

6.) Is the customer entitled to a Refund for goods purchased from TechMall?

6.1 Goods which is either, EOL (End-of-Life) or not available at the time, may our customers request a full refund from us.
6.2 Please refer to our Refund Policy.
6.3 The same is not applicable for customers that placed a back-order with us i.e. for items that will only become available at a later stage or date.

7). Does TechMall divulge any customer/s data to third parties?

7.1 The answer is an Emphatic NO.

8). Does TechMall provide any warranties on goods purchased?

8.1 No, we don't provide any warranties whatsoever.
8.2 The warranty resides with the manufacturer of the said product.

9). Is the pricing of goods as displayed on our website final?

9.1 Though we endeavour to keep our prices up-to-date on our website, this isn't always possible.
9.2 Prices do fluctuate based on amongst other factors, the currency exchange rate.
9.3 Our customers, however, may a request a quote from us at any given time.

10). Is Tax included in the sale price?

Yes, prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT.

11). When is the goods payable?

11.1 It's expected from our customers to proceed to make payment, once the order is placed with us.
11.2 If this is not possible at the time, then our customers may simply give us an indication as to when payment will be made.
